3XN Sweden AB with new partner and new office space

With about a quarter of its total activities located in Sweden, 3XN A/S established a Swedish subsidiary in the fall of 2013. Now with the appointment of Anders Wadman and the move to new facilities centrally located in Stockholm, 3XN further strengthens its presence in Sweden.

Anders Wadman, Architect SAR / MSA and head of the department in Stockholm, has just joined the partner group of 3XN Sweden AB.

Wadman has worked as a project architect and project manager at 3XN since 2011. He has been a key figure in several of the Swedish projects, including the realization of Swedbank's new headquarters, 3XN’s first project in Stockholm, and Stockholm Continental. He has played an important role in the implementation of 3XN's growing number of projects in Sweden.

Bo Boje Larsen, CEO of 3XN A/S, says: 'As a result of an increasing percentage of projects in Sweden, we wanted to maintain and strengthen our presence with the establishment of an independent subsidiary. Anders Wadman has, as day-to-day manager, successfully handled 3XN's interests in Sweden and therefore it felt as a natural progression that he now joins as a partner in 3XN Sweden AB, which we are very pleased that he has accepted '.

New office space in the centre of Stockholm

Since the establishment in late 2013, the Swedish office has been searching for a suitable office space and now they finally succeeded. The Swedish team has moved into facilities centrally located in Stockholm on Jacob's Torg with The House of Denmark and the Royal Opera as neighbours. For the moment, three architects and one constructing architect are working in the 165-m2 office space, but there is room for up to 10 employees as a result of the growing number of Swedish projects.
